Flock of fieldfares

This year, I saw a flock of about fifty fieldfares who had landed on a beech at the back of our garden. I only noticed them because I heard non-stop chirping while emptying my vegetable bin into the composter.

Below is a very short clip showing four male robins eating seeds on the ground by the bird feeder. You can see how much they wind each other up but their greed for seeds is stronger than their need to fight. Cute!!

Pheasant at the bird feeder

Look at what I found at our bird feeder!
A pheasant.
It is really timid and runs to hide under the bushes at the slighest movement or noise.
